Quotations
Quotations will show item price, line price, carriage cost
and overall cost. Any item not in stock will be given an expected
lead time.
A quotation/order can be raised using GBP sterling, USD or
Euro. However, if you wish to pay using the secure SECpay online
payment system (detailed below), then sterling will be used.
Your credit card statement will convert to your own currency
if applicable.
Orders
Orders will include VAT at 17.5% if the delivery address is
within the UK.
Orders will be despatched complete unless otherwise instructed.
Part shipments can be requested from within the online ordering
system.
