PJ Range

Very long reach test probes, robust in construction - making them ideal for component or sub-assembly testing. The through-pin plunger allows direct connection to the tail for the cable, for a lower resistance path thus allowing a higher current ability. This rage press-fit into the fixture plate, without the need for a receptacle. Our dedicated cable and plug assemblies can be used for connection, or you can solder a multistrand cable directly to the tail. The cable assemblies are available in 10 colours, for ease of identification.

Typical applications: The insulated caps are ideal for pressing buttons, without leaving and mark; or for holding off the unit from the sharp test probes, until the board press is activated . The serrated and flat heads have a long reach enabling contact test deep into connectors, units under test and populated PCB topsides

These are manufactured from 10/0.1 multistrand cable and are crimped to a heatshrunk 1.0mm push-on terminal plug, thus making them re-usable. They are available in the colours as shown.
